Great pointers to simplify quiltmaking! — Review by Patty Martin
Overall Rating
Cathy has four basic strategies for simplifying quiltmaking: eliminate seams, substitute, units, alternate methods of block construction, and looking at the big picture. These steps will make your piecework quicker, easier, and more accurate which is what we are all looking for. Eleven patterns are included in this book that utilize these techniques. It's a great book with a lot of great information to improve your quilting skills. The only thing I would have changed in this book would be to update the quilts to use more modern and attractive fabrics. (Posted on 3/16/14)
