Quilt Matchup: Stash VS. Cash

Tackle your stash with Linda J. Hahn’s beautiful quilt designs. With two options for each quilt, one with purchased yardage and one using what’s in the quilter’s stash, a wide range of creative quilt options are available. Linda demonstrates how to break down the components of the block to use with the Stash version. Features a complete walk through on the process of cutting and sorting the stash/scraps. Linda shows several ways to make a component (i.e. Half Square Triangles) to work with different size pieces.

Like the dump method — Review by Karen Yoshikawa
Overall Rating
Every quilter has a stash and Linda urges you to use it in her quilt designs. She breaks down complex blocks so you can see how to put together complex squares. I like the dump method for selecting fabrics and allowing you to just do it. (Posted on 10/6/16)
