If you love hexies, and what Mickey Depre can do with them, then this is a book not to be missed!Overall Rating
As Mickey says “These simple designs are like potato chips. You start with one and you just can’t stop.”
Her wonderful new book features patterns for 5 symmetrical hexie designs and 6 asymmetrical designs, as well as 6 stunning larger hexie star designs at the end of the book.
Mickey’s designs are very well illustrated, with black and white diagrams, and several fabric examples with lots of layout variations for each design. Her hints and tips along the way will help you out, too.
Instructions for paper piecing hexies (and piecing the pieced versions) are included too, as well as detailed ‘how to’ guides to draw your own hexie templates.

Even better than the first Pieced Hexies book! Ten hexie patterns included in this book along with six star patterns. All of the detailed instructions for English Paper Piecing are included in this book so the first book isn't needed, but I would definitely recommend it. (Posted on 3/23/16)Overall Rating
